Payment is required at the time of booking. A Transfer Voucher will then be sent to the Client. If Airport Collections is unable to provide the service a cancellation email will be sent to the Client. All payments made for a booking will be refunded if it is cancelled by Airport Collections.
*Companies we work with are pre-booked and are not street taxis.
*Passengers are not permitted to smoke or consume any drinks/food in the vehicles.
*The supplier might refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/ or whose behaviour is consider a threat to the driver, the vehicle and/ or other passengers or road users.
*Customers are entitled to cancel the reservation 20 days before arrival / departure paying a 30.00 Euro cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 20 days before arrival/departure are fully charged.
Customers are entitled to amend the booking 7 days before arrival/departure for free. For any amendmend made less than 7days before arrival/departure a 20 Euro administration charge apply.
*It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the voucher prior to travel and inform us if there are any errors. You must present this to the driver at the start of your journey.
* Booking must be reconfirmed at least 48 hours before your departure.. It is your responsablity to reconfirm your booking.
* Extra Charges might apply if traveling with excess of luggage/wheelchair,sports/music equipment, or any additional item/service required. You must inform us at the moment of booking, in order to make the arrangements to provide all services required. The supplier might refuse to transport excess items.
*By booking with us you are entering into a contract with the supplier directly and you may also be bound by their terms and conditions of booking.
